Chiropractic Adjustments
An adjustment is a chiropractic procedure that gently realigns your spine to its proper place. Misalignments or subluxations
of the spine can be the result of an auto accident or other injury or even from daily activity. By skillfully adjusting and
manipulating your spine’s vertebrae to their original natural position, you are able to function at your highest level and perform
at your peak. Adjustments are a common chiropractic treatment that helps our patients feel better almost instantly.
Thompson Technique
The Thompson Terminal Point Technique, when individually altered to address each patient’s particular chiropractic needs, can isolate subluxations and restore
movement and mobility. The first stage, which is called the Leg-Check Analysis, is composed of a series of checks designed to fine-tune adjustments for each individual
patient — the essential premise being that the body is wholly connected and that the body’s core (spine, legs, and hips) must be observed as a singular entity.
Cox Flexion Distraction
This technique decompresses the discs in the low back with repetitive, guided movements which are slowly and precisely carried out. This takes pressure off of your discs,
allowing inflammation to die down and optimal functionality to return to your nerves. This technique is performed on a special chiropractic table. The joints of the spine
are divided by the table into the thoracic, lumbar and cervical regions. The end goal is to lubricate, loosen and widen the gaps between the discs and the division of joints.
Some of our patients feel immediate relief while others find that it takes months of treatment to feel at all better. This much is certain: A regular “diet” of chiropractic visits over
the period of a year will exponentially heighten your chances of seeing pain decrease. Benefits you might also enjoy from Cox Flexion Distraction include relief from
migraines, headaches, MS, subluxation of the vertebrae, back pain in pregnancy, poor circulation, neurological disease and it can be an alternative to unnecessary back surgery.
Spinal Decompression
Spinal Decompression has proven to be both safe and highly instrumental in correcting back and neck problems without the dangers
that spinal surgery can bring. We implement the most up-to-date technology with FDA approval of our system. A computerized traction
head is integrated into the procedure and utilizes patterns to adjust the level of axial distraction during treatment. The spine is subjected to
distraction forces which creates a vacuum effect. This is known as intra-discal pressure and can be applied to specific discs. Slow and slight
treatment in the movement of bulging and herniated discs by microscopic amounts over four to six weeks can have profound results!

Vibration Therapy
Vibratory therapy utilizes a type of vibration with an oscillatory motion, which varies according to the acuteness and type of injury.
As such, it adapts to the patient’s specific requirements. There are many ways to apply vibratory therapy. It can employ vibrating support
cushions, cables or dumbbells that may be applied locally or to the entire body. A vibrating platform is part of the whole-body vibratory
massage. Since extensive movement takes place in the spine, the most pronounced results can be seen from this treatment.
Laser Therapy
Lasers help stimulate the bodily tissues on the cellular level, which in turn, can improve the quality of life for all patients. Laser therapy improves the energy
levels and allows the body’s cells to metabolize more quickly. The laser beam light is naturally converted into biochemical energy by the human body, allowing for
it to function at a higher level of efficiency and repair itself where needed. Vitamin D, otherwise known as light from the sun, is converted into energy from
laser light. Laser Therapy can effectively treat painful conditions such as: arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, fibromyalgia and more.
